Corn Chowder
1/3 cup grated onion
2 tsp. margarine
14 oz. can pareve chicken broth
4 oz. can of whole corn
4 oz. can of cream style corn
1 cup skim milk
pepper
Sauté onion in margarine. Add chicken broth and bring to a
boil. Simmer 15 minutes. Add corn and milk. Heat almost to
the boiling point. Serves 4-6
