Bubbe Lottie’s Corn Fritters
1 cup creamed corn
2 eggs
1 ¼ cup flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 T sugar
1 tsp. salt
½ tsp. pepper
Separate eggs and beat yolks. Combine with other ingredients. Beat
egg whites until stiff and fold into mixture until well blended. Drop
by tablespoon full into hot fat and cook until brown on both sides.
