Potato Salad
5 large potatoes, boiled and cooled
1 cup diced celery
¼ cup minced onion
½ cup Hellmann’s mayonnaise
½ cup sour cream
1 T Gulden’s mustard
salt to taste
1 tsp. lemon juice
Peel and dice potatoes. Combine all ingredients and refrigerate before
serving. Adjust dressing for taste. Garnish with hard cooked eggs and
radish roses if you wish. Serves 8
