Aunt Mitzi’s Sour Cream Buns
½ lb. butter, melted and cooled
1 cup sour cream
2 eggs, beaten
4 cups flour
5 tsp. baking powder
1 cup sugar
Combine all ingredients. Refrigerate for two hours. Roll out
in rectangle. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Roll up from long
side. Seal seam. Slice into 12 equal slices. Place in greased
muffin cups. Bake at 375º for 30 minutes.
