Cocktail Meat Balls
3 lbs. of any meatloaf recipe you like
1 ½ cups soft bread crumbs
1 cup applesauce
1 medium onion, chopped finely
2 tsp. salt, or to taste
½ tsp. black pepper
Pinch of basil
Mix meat loaf with everything else and make small meatballs. Roll
in flour and brown in heavy skillet in oil. Drain off fat and transfer
to a shallow casserole and cover with sauce. Cover and bake 45 minutes
at 350º. Stir once carefully.

2 cups beef consume
1 cup red wine
